Terms of Service

By creating an account you agree to these terms. Listings must be accurate. Drafts are private until you publish. Publishing may require an active plan (including a free plan) and, if admins enable it, KYC.

Plans and media

Photo and video caps follow your subscription, with a platform ceiling of 6 photos and 3 videos. Unused listing slots do not roll over except on lifetime/free plans as described at checkout.

Payments

Rent, caution, and agreement fees are collected through the active gateway. RentBeta is not a bank. Disputes on occupancy remain between landlord and tenant except where the platform fee or agent commission is concerned.

Acceptable use

No fake listings, no scraped photos you do not have rights to, no harassment in chat, no attempts to bypass Turnstile or KYC. We may suspend accounts that harm other users.

Liability

We provide the software “as available”. Physical property condition, title, and inspection remain the parties’ responsibility.
