RentBeta (operated by OyaaPay Digital Services Limited) is a Nigerian real-estate platform. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how long we keep it.

Data we collect

Account data (name, email, phone, role), listing media, KYC identifiers (NIN/BVN or ID documents when you submit them), payment references from Flutterwave, Paystack or Monnify, chat messages, and usage logs needed to secure the service.

Why we process it

To create accounts, publish listings, complete rent and sale payments, run identity checks, score monthly recaps, and keep fraud off the network. Lawful bases include contract, legitimate interests, and legal obligation (CBN payment rules and NDPA 2023).

Your rights

You may access, correct, or request deletion of personal data, subject to record-keeping we must keep for payments and AML. Email privacy@RentBeta.com. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Active accounts stay until you close them. KYC files follow verification plus statutory hold. Payment records follow tax and CBN retention periods.
